thank you for a real good stay. its absolutely great and lovely hotel with fantastic location close to the ski lift. the stuff are extremely helpful and provide an outstanding service. the breakfast is varied and very good and the views of street are spectacular.

I had a fantastic 4-night stay at this hotel. its location in the center of town and close proximity to all the main Dolomiti attractions made it incredibly convenient. Secondly, the staff were extremely helpful and attentive, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Not to mention, the rooms offered beautiful mountain views, adding to the overall charm. Lastly, the breakfast spread was impressive, with a variety of options including freshly made omelettes and delicious Italian cappuccinos.

The central location was great for exploring the city. We also appreciated the fact that the hotel was close to public transportation. The balcony view was stunning, offering amazing views of the surrounding area.

The bed was not long enough, which made it uncomfortable for my taller partner. , the room was not cleaned up after when we left later, which was a bit inconvenient.

The hotel had an indoor pool which my kids enjoyed a lot. They also loved the fact that the hotel had a big spa for adults with many saunas and a big Jacuzzi. the location of the hotel was great as it was situated right in the city center.

The breakfast was not very diverse, especially for people who enjoy vegetables and cheeses. the scrambled egg was usually finished by the time we got to breakfast, which was a bit of a disappointment.

The breakfast is diverse and delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. The hotel also offers sauna, spa and a separate room for ski equipment and free parking.

The heating device in the room is a little noisy and can be bothersome, especially for light sleepers.

Despite a few language barriers, the staff's helpfulness made up for any misunderstandings. we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this hotel.
